Bob:

I mean, buying a bathtub is not that expensive, but paying a plumber, paying a GC, paying a sheet rock guy, paying a tile guy, and probably a painter adds up. Whenever we come in, there's one phone call. We come in and take care of it all. And the best part is we’re in and out in one day and you can use it 10 hours later.

Bob:

If you want to just kind of a rough planning figure, we usually tell people that the money savings equate to about 70% over placement. And that's kind of a conservative estimate. Right now home service industries are booming and it's getting harder and harder to get subcontractors in to do work. So their prices are going up, which makes us even a better deal than we were before COVID.

Let's talk a little bit about what are kind of the ideal prospects. We said we can save you time and money. Well, what kind of things can we look at in your house that can save you that kind of time and money? And one of the top ones that come to mind because we see it every day is a simple color change in the bathtub. What are some of the colors that we've seen over the years, Ryan?

Ryan:

Oh man,pink, blue, green avocado forest that harvest gold brown, black, gray, almond; of course almond still in is still in a style sometimes, but we always suggest to go with white, almond or bone for your bathtub, sink, bathroom wall tile, or shower. We always suggest to do it white because white's timeless and it will never go out of style. Neutral colors are always the safe bet.  click here for a link to our color options.

We used to run a great video at home shows. That was an amazing example of what we can do in a day. It was a pink, like a Pepto Bismal pink and baby blue bathroom that was resurfaced. Tub, wall tile, the wainscoting tile all the way around the bathroom, plus the bathroom vanity and the sink. And it was all in pink and blue. And in one day we showed an example where we could come in and change that all to, I think it was more of a, kind of an off-white or an almond type color but change the completely changed the color of that bathroom all done in one day. And instead of that customer spending probably upwards of a $10,000 to $12,000 price tag for a project like that; we are probably in the neighborhood of $1500 to $1,750 if you wanted to guess on the high side. Once again, we're in and out in one day and your surface is ready to use the next day!  Any other color change you can think of Ryan?  Some great examples I know we've done are some sinks and bath vanity tops.

Ryan:

Yeah. When we've actually also done custom projects where we've actually took it back to the old I don't know what you would call it. The historical colors where people have asked us to go back to the greens and the pinks and the blues where they had to do it for historic values or people just want her to retro look in their house, which that's fine.
